We deliver to Portugal and across Europe.
All orders are processed and fulfilled directly by our supplier. After your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at every step.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The product received is different from the one ordered
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.
